Product Manager (m/f/d)
What you can expect
- Further development of our kasasi platform with a focus on our customers’ logistics processes and rail transportation
- Development of original product ideas and concepts through market observation, competitive analysis, and analysis of customer needs, as well as their translation into a roadmap
- Defining product requirements for the kasasi platform, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Leading one of our agile development teams using the Scrum model, with responsibility for the product backlog
- Supporting the team during sprint planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinating and actively managing the requirements and expectations of all relevant stakeholders
What you bring with you
- A college degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable field of study
- At least three years of experience in a product-related role—as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, in logistics, or in a comparable role
- Holistic thinking, a structured approach to work, and strong analytical skills: You break down unclear requirements into actionable steps
- Strong communication skills: You act as a liaison between development, support, sales, and customers
- Technical aptitude and a solid foundational understanding of software: You don’t need to know how to code, but you must be able to speak with developers on an equal footing
- Fluent German at C2 level and very good written and spoken English
